A 16 year old from Brampton, Ahmed’s writing of poetry began through reflecting on past hardships and troubles, and the need to express his life struggles with issues such as racial identity. Inspired by Black Ice, Amir Sulaiman, and Shihan, Ahmed began to share his perspective through writing poetry. His future plans include opening a clothing line that promotes activism amongst the youth.
